As Co-Founder of RoseLevel Marketing, she helps bilingual businesses achieve high impact in multicultural markets.
Beyond her agency work, Melina leads partnerships at the Raydela Foundation, connecting donors and expert mentors with at-risk Venezuelan students and building the support network that makes transformation possible.

Venezuela's education system is in crisis. Teachers earn under $20/month, public schools operate 2-3 days a week, and 85% of students lack basic reading and math skills. The families we serve earn less than a quarter of what they need to live, making education impossible without outside help.
